Our experience was excellent because customer service was GREAT! From the front office staff to the auto techs, everyone treated us with great care and concern. Repair quality was great! They were able to paint some additional panels for me while my truck was there for insurance related repairs. My husband and I did notice a minor scuff on the tailgate and that some plastic covers were missing on the rear bumper. I was able to get with Brian on the three missing covers but I didn’t notice the paint error until I got home. Other than that the quality was wonderful.

An accident is never easy but Gerber Collison is a class act Enterprise quickly picked me up when I dropped off my car to get repaired My car was quickly repaired and I received updates I was able to return the Enterprise rental at their facility when I picked up my car. They facilitated the rental going back to enterprise A+ customer services
