There is what seems to be bubbles on both sides of my bumper where no repairs were needed, as well as the hood in large quantities. Some dried “dripped” paint by the left fog light. Right head light has thick layer of something, left front corner (driver) bumper and driver front rim same type of build up? Left driver back rim has a very small chip. Scratches on the top of the car where the hatch is. Notified office within about 15 minutes from leaving. Office was closing and will be closed Monday. Will return Tuesday, car is about 8 months old. Had none of these issues prior other than front damage from person backing into it. Thank you

Paint on front bumper (both sides and hood) has bubbles/dots? Not smooth paint. Left corner by fog light has dried dripped paint. Right head light has some coating on it, same coating on left front rim and corner of bumper. Small chip on back left rim. Scratches on top by hatch!

Jessica was helpful from start to finish. Because of our unique situation, she tried to accommodate to us to the best of her abilities. She was very attentive and reached out to us whenever their was an update to our repair. On the day of vehicle pickup, she had me look at the repair and inspect for anything that not satisfactory. I noticed a slight overspray in one area and she immediately took the vehicle back to the shop to buff it out. After that everything was perfect.

The team did an excellent job of communicating with me along the way. There were some delays in getting the vehicle back, but it was not the fault of the shop. My support people were kind, thoughtful, and when the extra mile to wait and make sure that I could pick up the truck after closing time.
