Kyle and the woman at the front desk who’s name I just can’t remember is the main reason I would recommend this shop.

I want to start with the only negative: It took a while to get my car back but that was due to my insurance taking a while to reach out and the duality of repairing a vehicle. Despite that the two people I talked to, the woman at the desk and Kyle (I believe) were full of energy and had great customer service. Additionally I had zero problems with the work that was done it looks great. On top of that I got my car back MUCH cleaner than I left so I really appreciated that. Finally, gerber went above and beyond to pay my rental after insurance took a while to get back and said they would not cover my vehicle.

They did a great job, communicated better than any mechanic I have used. Got my truck back in a reasonable amount of time. Coordinated with enterprise and helped me plan on when to pickup. Definitely would use again!
