They did a great job, they had to use aftermarket parts on my Chevy Silverado due to the guy who hit me’s insurance company being cheap but they found parts that look exactly the same as my old parts. Also I accidentally left my grandfathers ashes in the rental and they recognized what it was and held onto it for me! Very grateful I decided to take my truck here for repairs!

The lady at the front desk was super nice and seems as if she really cared about the customer’s opinion! She absolutely killed it explaining everything to me and if she didn’t have an answer she made sure to get one for me! Also Connor was absolutely great as well! Glad I got to do business with him! He got parts that looked identical to my damaged parts!

Customer service lacked transparency 🙁~ I was notified that they received all the parts to start the repairs. The day before scheduled pick up, I was told they’re waiting on a nation wide back ordered part with no ETA after it was consistently being communicated they are on track. I felt that the communications was dishonest and a major inconvenience to the customer. I wasn’t notified about the part that was on nation wide back order until the day before scheduled pick up day. Someone dropped the ball in the process of ordering the parts which was ordered 11 days prior. I felt that I should that the notification should have stated we have all the parts with the exception of one, and have no ETA on it. I should have been given the choice to leave my vehicle or bring it back when the part was in stock. However, the finished job was GREAT! I will definitely do business with them again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful but there were some items left unresolved with my vehicle (tail light out, gas cap broken off and the keys were un programmed when they disconnected the battery). They did fix 2 of the items but not the key fobs yet. It’s just disappointing that I had to follow back up trice to try to resolve these issues. It should have been quality controlled before pick up
