Everyone involved with the repair of our vehicle was kind and extremely helpful. The regular text messages were a welcome surprise and the fact that I didn’t have to return the rental car (Gerber handled it for us) was a HUGE help. Thank you all for the awesome experience. If we ever have to use a car repair shop again (and I hope we don’t—if you know what I mean), we will be coming back to Gerber.
