Lane was very good at keeping me updated on my car and explaining all the steps. I also appreciated getting my car back so clean, at first I thought "are those my floor mats". then I realized they vacuumed in stripes, and every little space was spotless. Thank you

Lane was amazing. He kept us informed on everything.. he is very personable. Also, I don’t know the gal at the front desk but she was wonderful too. She actually got our enterprise car extended overnight so we didn’t have to drive back into town to get our vehicle..

Overall the repairs look good. But the longer I have the truck back the more I’m finding isn’t reassembled correctly that I have to fix. Also, I’m finding more body work dust/dirt that wasn’t cleaned up.
