Everything was great! Everyone was very helpful from scheduling to pick up. I really appreciated the text updates and easy of reaching someone in the local center by phone when needed. The assistance with returning my rental car was an added bonus. My car was done ahead of the estimated schedule. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

While I was satisfied with the work of my vehicle, the communication was a bit lacking towards the end of my vehicle being completed. My vehicle was supposed to be completed on Friday and I called at 3:30 to find out that the painters had left for the day. I understand things happen, but my husband took off work to pick my vehicle up. They were excellent at communicating when they fixed my vehicle previously. I will still come back if I ever need my vehicle fixed, but just hope they can improve on communication a bit.

The only issue I had was on the day of drop off for the repair. I had an 8am splint and was there right at 8am and the person that was assigned to me was working with a walk in car. This was disappointing. After waiting for 15 minutes finally they had another rep take care of me. But the 10 is for a great job fixing the car.
