I had to send my car back due to issues that were not fixed the first time. Zero communication from the shop during the time my car was there beyond an app even though I had been told I would be getting a phone call on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I was informed the person who was assigned to my car was let go.

Customer service team is excellent! Communication was done well. Service on vehicle was good, but not excellent. The door doesn't close exactly as before and a plastic piece of window frame started flapping in the wind.
