The final quality of repair is very nice I had to reject the 1st delivery as the paint color match was not acceptable. Gerber re painted it a second time and then it looked good. Customer service was very good and they accomplished the rework in a short period. Quality control should have been better on the 1st effort. It should have been Gerbers quality control that rejected it, not me.

It was disappointing to have the car pernounced ready and I had to reject it due to paint mismatch. Once the Gerber manager agreed that it was not quite right, they repainted it with good customer service.

Small round dimple in paint on ps fender but not a reason for me to be upset with the job….i hope I don’t need body work in the future but if I do your still my go to shop

Yes the service was excellent. The damage area looks like it's better than new. We were advised as our car went through to various stages of rebuilding. All the staff at Gerber was extremely friendly and informative and really did a fantastic job on our car the repairman are excellent and we find that to be the best service and quality work we have ever had done on an automobile.
