I have never had such a positive experience with a car facility as I have with this place. My car was fixed quickly and I really appreciated the text updates. I was also really shocked and very appreciative that they cleaned my car for me while they had it. It was so nice to get my car back and have the pleasant surprise of it being clean!! Thank you for such a good experience!!

Everyone was great. From when I was greeted. I arrived about 30 minutes early. (I didnât know that Suburban had changed to Gerber.) The receptionist was warm and friendly. She was processing all the information (even though I was early). I was kept informed of the damages and the repairs. I would highly recommend Gerber!!!!
