The manager and staff at this location are professional and very good to deal with. I had $1,200 worth of repair work done and a few door dent repairs I requested were missed accidentally. I was able to make a follow up appointment and the work was taken care of. The car looks really good. I've found this location to do really good work at fair prices.

The whole experience was great. Michelle and Jim in the Naperville location were great to me. The car was fixed within 2 days. They kept me apprised regularly of status by text and even came to get me from the train station when it was time to pick up my car. Also, the lady I spoke with who called in response to my online request for an appointment was also very nice. I was worried about getting this taken care of myself so my husband who is currently dealing with a very sick mother out in NY wouldn't have to and the Gerber team helped me do so! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs repair work done.
