Your repair shop was closed on July 3, 4 & 5th and the technician had a family emergency on July 6. I did not have insurance on a rental car and really had to pay a lot for not having rental car insurance.

Although the body work - the front driver’s side quarter panel - was fixed, the driver’s side door still creaks / makes a creaking sound when opened and closed….it seemed like Gerber was more committed to pleasing Travelers Insurance than me, the owner of a vehicle that was hit by a person covered by Travelers

Had issue with sensor in car after repairs . To the shops credit they rechecked the cause and had it fixed. As far as collision repair all was very good.

Everyone was very polite and friendly . Repairs were done in a timely matter. The only thing I would suggest putting protective paper down inside car , The driver side floor was a little dirty when I picked up car .

We wanted additional work completed on the tailgate, when the vehicle was dropped off I reviewed the work with the appraiser, it was mentioned that they would do the work at the same insurance price that was covering another section of the car. When we picked up the car the tailgate was never touched, no communication at all on the tailgate. Nothing but lip service when we talked with BK the office manager. Stay away!
