John was extremely helpful throughout the entire process… answered all my questions and concerns when I dropped the vehicle off. After repairs were complete, he came out and talked me through what had been done. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the entire process. Staff was friendly, communication was prompt, and repairs were completed quick!

Estimator gave me incorrect information, twice, while boasting on being the expert. In the end, BMW was correct, and I never received a call telling me that he was mistaken.
