Gerber did a great job on my nearly totaled 2026 Honda Civic Sport. It was a huge project, and they completed everything thoroughly and promptly, especially considering the condition that my car was in beforehand. On top of that, they washed the exterior and vacuumed the inside for me as well. I was very happy with my results. I worked with Sydney; he was very informative and kept me in the loop and updated me throughout the whole entire process. Hopefully I don’t need collision services anytime in the future, but if I do, I’ll definitely be going straight back to Gerber, and I will always highly recommend them to anyone who may need a quality body shop and/or glass repair.

Everyone was really friendly, and I felt like they were doing their best to keep me in the loop every step of the process. The only reason I put a nine instead of a 10 is because I feel that they could do a better job being on the same page. In other words, when I call to ask a question, I would hope to receive consistent answers no matter who it is I’m speaking with. Toward the very end of the repair process I was trying to figure out exactly when it would be ready so that I could make adjustments to my transportation arrangement if need be. When I talked to one person, his answer was “we are doing our best to get it ready for you before the weekend” …and then when I went up there, another person’s answer was “oh no, they ain’t even did the alignment yet”… then when I spoke with the actual mechanic, he said “okay it will be ready for you today!” So I guess my point is that it would be nice and a little more comforting to know that everyone’s on the same page and has the same answers because it would make me trust them a little more.
