Only because of the aftercare - I had previously been to this shop with no issues but when my $500 becomes no issue to them and they have already fixed the car and been paid overage instead of making sure I was satisfied and refunded they forgot to follow up. I had to remind them 3 days later.....I find this to be unacceptable.

While the car was being serviced the customer service was fantastic, when an overpayment was made by my insurance company to take care of the deductible I called in to see how they would refund me my $500. They stated they would call me back...3 days went by and I had to call back to see if I would be repaid and when.
