The only thing keep it from a 10 is that it took forever to get the car back. Ended up going weeks beyond the estimated completion date due to waiting on parts and also a couple other inconveniences as well. (Went weeks without a vehicle because of the delays) Got the car back basically brand new although there was a couple areas of paint over spray on the taillights and also the rear glass as well. Suggesting the prep couldve been done a little better. Happy customer at the end of the day 😎👍

Everything was phenomenal except the secretary's attitude when I was not clear on the date the work would begin and she said, "I thought I was pretty clear". If it was clear, I wouldn't be asking questions still. When I came in to pick up my truck and drop off the rental, she had an unfriendly look towards me.

Communication and updates from the company were great and easy (via text or call). We would get an update almost daily or every other day. They were knowledgeable on the claims process through our insurance which made things move along simply. The repair itself is quality work, everything looks like new! We are happy.
