Repair is ok but not great. The edge of the door doesn't line up with the body. Looks rushed. But I'm not overly concerned about it.

The girl at the front desk seemed like she had just woken up out of a coma and wasn't sure where she was. And I don't fault her but I had to fill out all kinds of paperwork with a broken arm and a cast because all the information was lost in the system somehow.

this company is truly terrible worst turn around service i have ever dealt with they got my truck march 2nd 2026 and i got it back july 13th 2026 they covered the rental car for the last 45 days which was good every week they extended the pick up bcz of something just horrible months upon months of excuses i thought they wouldve at least said well hey dont worry about the 500 deductible since they messed up my ac lines putting the transmission back in which caused another 3 week wait but of course they didnt i was be doing a review which they deserve i wouldnt recommend gerber to my worst enemy its been one of the worst experiences ive had with a company truck looks really good and rides well but 5 months of waiting and excuses us just crazy in the beginning they said they couldn't find one of the parts saying it was out of stock that took 2 months i had to go online and find the part for them it only took me an hr so why the 2 month wait for a part i cant express enough how bad thus place handled my situation imagine 5 months of paying car note and insurance on a vehicle thats practically being held hostage

Gerber Repair did the best they could with what GEICO was willing to cover. šš§ They worked hard to repair my car as well as possible, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and I really appreciate the great customer service.
