I was very satisfied with my repair experience. I appreciated getting frequent updates on the status of my car. It looks almost like new, and even the inside seems to be cleaned. My only concern was with the hood appearing to have a larger gap on the edges than I remembered, but Austin explained it is still perfectly lined up and educated me on the lifetime warranty of workmanship and warranty according to manufacturer. I appreciate Gerber’s efforts to make this a seamless process.

Although it took 2 months for the repairs I always felt informed and in the know about what was going on. I never felt like they were trying to make the situation better just straight honesty and that was much appreciated. The staff I encountered was very helpful and friendly. Very good experience.

Gerber Collision went above and beyond to get my vehicle back into drivable conditions. The fact that the vehicle was a 2026 model made things difficult parts wise. They kept me informed and up to date on progress. When repairs went longer than expected they covered the last few days of rental car fees for me. Greatly appreciated.
