The only issue I had with my experience was that I was told the repairs would most likely take 14 days, which seemed quite a long time to me and others I asked who had had similar repairs done on their vehicles. The actual repairs did only take 8 days, so my vehicle was done much quicker than the estimated time I was given, but it would have been easier for me to arrange for a rental car if the estimated length of time was closer to the actual length of time needed for repairs to be completed.
