Did great on repair but front desk did not meet expectations. I waited an hour for a rental which person in front desk said she would call and arrange for me. My name was not verified correctly and I waited almost an hour to get a rental car. I had to call enterprise myself to finally get some help. Who knows how long I’d be sitting there waiting if I had not called myself.
