Great experience with Gerber….. Mariah who works at the lone cactus location was fabulous helping me along the way and Chris kept up and gave me updates and when he thought the my car would be ready and it was ready the day that he said that I would recommend Gerber to anybody they’re fantastic

I chose Gerber partly for online reviews and partly for geographical convenience, and at no point was I disappointed in my decision making. I was contacted as soon as business hours opened and had everything scheduled quickly. The staff was knowledgeable about every step in the process and communicated clearly and efficiently. They completed the work in under the estimated time and I was able to leave my rental car with them. From my experience, the operation is impeccably run.

The crew up there at the lone cactus store those guys were amazing. They kept me in apprised of the progress on my vehicle every step of the way they win above and beyond and even I want to give a great shout out to the mechanic that put my truck back together from the frame up. Truck drives better than it originally did I feel.

The young lady that runs the front desk was always very kind and polite, and the two gentlemen that I dealt with on my truck I think one of them‘s name is Kris and the other one might be Matt Mike Mark something those guys always went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and things were progressing well
