Gerber excelled in meeting the needs of our deer stricken Honda civic both inside and outside our car has improved in its appearance. Only Honda's limitations in correctly, accurately, and timely delivering of necessary products for the repair delayed the timely delivery of my complete car.

You were so much faster with the repairs than originally quoted and the total for the repairs was approx one half of the original quote. Both were huge pluses for me as well as the clean up of my car inside and out. I continue to be very pleased just as I was with McDonalds. It was a lazy job to milk every penny out of the insurance for further gains of the company. Paint doesn't match, received it in unacceptable condition, repair was never properly done and I won't be referring you to anyone I know.

Mitch was informative, kind, and had a great sense of humor. He was on point with every estimate, suggestion, and kept in touch every step of the way. I am beyond ecstatic that Gerber Plainwell vacuumed my car and made sure it looked better than before it came in. My insurance told me to come here, but I will be referring everyone I know to here.
