Had my car for 3 extra days because I was not called. They texted me only, which took over an hour to come thru. I could have had my car Friday instead of Monday afternoon. I had to sit home all weekend because no one called me in timely manner. They know how long it takes to put in a taillight. If they had called earlier I would’ve gotten the call. Don’t wait until end day on Friday to text.
