They not only did the repairs but they also arranged for the car rental, while repairs were being done. A very smooth & well run process. Easy process from start to finish. Quick appointment for initial estimate and drop off date for repair. Gerber set up the rental car order (as well as the return) and that process went smoothly. There was excellent updating communication between Gerber and the insurance company throughout the repair process. My car was actually completed ahead of the anticipated date and was returned in fine condition. All the repairs were completed as expected. Special shout out to Kayla who did an excellent job making this process go so smoothly. I would definitely recommend Gerber.

Smooth procedure from beginning to end. Excellent communication (thanks answering the phone directly and not having a long menu to navigate.), timely appointments, rental car arrangements. Car was finished earlier than estimated time and repairs completed excellent.

I’m really happy you got it done as quickly as you did, and the work looks pretty good. My only complaint is the gap between the hood and fender is not even from passenger side to drivers side. It’s me being picky, but some people notice it. Otherwise I am happy with the repairs. Thank you!
