Several parts of my vehicle were not fixed properly. The car was there for two weeks which is fine, but now I have to take it back for additional repairs.

On the day my car was aches to be picked up no one told me what time it would be ready. At the last minute I had to figure out how to get my rental car returned and pick up my car before closing at 5:00.

The experience was actually very satisfactory. What happened was that the location that was serving me lost a staff member, so they were short. The existing staff did a very good job of accommodating me under the circumstances, particularly Marcel, who went above and beyond to make sure that things were taken care of. There was also a front desk person that was pulled from the Beaverton Oregon office to assist. I can’t remember her name, but she did a great job too. Very friendly and accommodating. So I had to wait quite a bit on the day that my car was supposed to be returned to me because the person who left – the person who does the initial assessment or something – forgot to include some work on my car that was necessary that had to be taken care of at the last minute, but Marcel did a great job turning it around as fast as possible, so I have no complaints. I very much appreciated the service that I got, but I can’t say that I was 100% satisfied because I had to wait quite a long time. But again I don’t blame the staff there. I think they honestly did the best they could.

Marcel at Gerber collision was incredible! My car got side swiped in a parking lot and insurance sent me to Gerber. My suburu out back had a clunky sound going over bumps and I brought it up to Marcel bc my usual shop couldn’t figure it out. Marcel found the issue and recommended a nearby auto shop he knows about. The outside of my car got cleaned super nicely and my tires got filled with air. Everything was done a day early and Marcel was so kind and knowledgeable. It made this car situation nearly stress free for me. Thank you!

Was told my car was ready but was given back to me unfinished. Filthy inside and out, covered in dirt and fingerprints, can’t see out of the windshield. A layer of dust covering the interior seats, dash, and console. Leftover bolts in the cupholder, and a package of protector film that was never placed on the car.

I had ask that a small repair be done on the rear fender, since it was going to be painted, but it was not done. Also car battery was not connected and the compartment door was left off. The job required was done to perfection.
