The work is impeccable, and your professionalism and regular communication was very very good. I like your online system that shows the work progress and the text notifications on status updates. I didn't have to call in to check because you had a very clear communication through those mediums.

Really nice customer service. My car was fixed properly and the people at the shop vacuum it and wash it as a courtesy. This place is amazing and with so talented people.

I had asked for a quote to repair some minor damage on the same side of the vehicle that was damaged in the accident. It was the time to fix that and minor ding on the other side. I never heard anything so assumed it had been included in the claim. I was very surprised to pick up my car and the damage is still there. The front looks great, but it’s overshadowed by the damage to the rear. I mean, you painted it and didn’t even try to charge me for whatever it would’ve cost to touch up the other parts. There will never be another opportunity where I can reasonably afford to fix the back. So my car will continue to be half nice. Very disappointing.

This is one of the finest repair shops I have ever dealt with (including dealerships). You have a great group of professionals in your shop. I actually feel as though they went above and beyond what they were required to do. I feel the repair was very challenging and they needed to be diligent and persistent ,which they were. I was updated regularly. I will only bring my car here going forward and I will highly recommend this Shop to everyone. Thank you again.

Gerber Glass was recommended to me by my daughter and they are amazing. Everyone is a complete pro led by the general manager Marcel. My repair invovled a lot of challenges because my car was an older model and getting the part we needed for the repair was a challenge. They were persistent and worked through repeated tries. They are the best service providers I have ever had. The water damage and mold issues were resolved and they even did some extra things I hadn't noticed. Thank you guys for the extra effort! I will never bring my car any place else
