From the time we walked in the service was excellent. The staff was professional and comforting. They made a horrible accident day brighter. I had a check engine light come on in the Hybrid Toyota Corolla. I took the car to a Toyota dealer who determined it was an active grill shutter error and asked me to take it to Gerber since they had replaced the grill due to an earlier accident. The Gerber mechanic promptly resolved the issue.

The glass on my car is still scuffed, so not everything from the accident was fully repaired. During pickup, I had to point out a noticable chip of paint under the passenger door that wasn't even there when I turned the car in (caused during repairs most likely). This wasted drive time for me, as my car was not actually ready for pickup, and I had to come back another day.

Edward is exceptional knowledgeable on our rear-ended bumper damage estimate and causes, and I am really impressed. It’s not their fault that Dodge kept sending the wrong part so we’re still waiting on a sensor. We also reached out about the missing emblems and haven’t heard back. Otherwise, fast, efficient, and very communicative
