The service was absolutely out of this world, from the time I took my car in for estimates and to the time when I picked my car up, Devin made sure I understood everything that is going to be done to my car and she texted me so often to let me know how the repairs was going, I really appreciated that, everyone I became in contact with were very professional and friendly! When I picked my car the young lady (sorry I forgot her name) that helped me to check out was very helpful, explaining everything to me till I understood it, I will definitely refer people to you, thank you for being professional and friendly!!

Devin was amazing. She kept me up to date every step of the way. She explained everything that was being replaced and why things were being done when I had a question. My car was finished one day prior to what they estimated. My car looks as good if not better than when it went in.

The shop has been great in working with me after my car was destroyed by hail. There have been a few issues since I got my car back, but they have been helpful in making it right. My car really should have been totaled. It will never be the same. Texas is crazy that way! I would use Gerber again and recommend them to my friends and family. Thankful they were there and nice to deal with during a stressful time. It was a nice surprise that I could leave my Enterprise rental there, as they have a contract with them. Thanks again Devin for all your help!
