We're delighted. Gerber accepted the car for repair on the day I dropped it off for the estimate; provided me a realistic, acceptable date for anticipated completion; kept me apprised as to status throughout; completed the work 6 days ahead of schedule; and the repair looks fantastic. Wonderful customer service and evident pride in the quality of their service. Our mood wasn't very good after someone hit our parked car (and fled the scene). Getting the car back ahead of schedule looking like new brightened it considerably.

I was completely satisfied with the repair. I waited to respond to this until I had taken the car on a road test. This past week end I drove to Hickory, NC and back and the car performed very well. It looks good on the outside. If I did not know about the collision, I would never believe that the car had been in one.
