I was updated throughout the whole process. Although my car was postponed several times, each time I was notified either by email or phone. So I didn't mind the delay as much since I was updated with the status of my car. So far there are no problems driving my fixed car and so I'm satisfied

I feel that the repair was done well and everyone was really courteous. But having had it estimated as 4-5 days and then not actually having my car back for 12 days was a real inconvenience. If I'd had a better idea of how long it would take, I would've been able to rent a car.

Unfortunately, I have been hit twice in the last two months and Gerber has done an A plus job repairing my vehicle in a timely manner both times. Also, going the extra mile to clean the inside of my car and wash and wax the outside of the vehicle. I give Geber a 10.
