It took longer than I had expected for my truck to be fixed. But when I got it back it was completely fixed with no problems after a week. The amount of electronics on these newer vehicles is frightening. The front end looked like new and every scratch was fixed. I don’t mind the wait, I only want it done right and they did a wonderful job and always kept informed of my vehicles progress.

No one wants ro have to have a repair experience, bur if one must it is much better to have personable and compenant people who care as much about your vehicle being back 100% as much as you do. I had that at Gerber.

I have used this shop multiple times over the years for bodywork. They have always done good work. This most recent time, the overall body work was good but I had a small defect in the paint where some kind of hair/fiber was stuck in the paint right in the middle of the new bumper cover. I talked to them about it and they were willing address this for me, although I had to take the car back and leave it a few days. Ideally this would have been caught before they reassembled the car and saved me a second trip, but I was pleased they took care of it for me. Good shop.

Lindsey was fantastic, very friendly and the text messages kept me alert of the progress of the repairs. Upon pickup, she explained the work, what I needed to do to preserve the new paint, and assisted with a door handle that needed a last minute tweak.
