When I went to pick up my car it’s still wasn’t ready. We were told to come back on Monday after ordering an additional piece that they found was broken. I had waited for the phone call on Monday, Tuesday and finally on Wednesday I called myself in the afternoon. I was told that they would call me back within an hour and they didn’t call me until the following day in the afternoon. When I did get my car back on Friday morning I was a little disappointed at the quality of work. Shortly after leaving the center I realize that my trunk was rattling. The trunk was damaged during an accident and I hoping it would be restored to its previous condition but unfortunately it wasn’t. When I pop the trunk it doesn’t pop up as high as it did before and although it closes it rattles all the time while I’m driving. I’m taking it to another shop to get fixed. Although I was disappointed with the workmanship I cannot complain about the office staff. They were very sweet and tried to help me out every time.
