It was excellent customer service from Jose, the gentleman in charge of my case/car. I highly recommended this place, the car looks just like new, as if it was never involved in the incident we had. The body work looks great. The right tail light wiring was switch. The signal wiring was connected to the brake light and vice versa.

They made the corrections. Even connected me to another shop where the vehicle was delivered. My daughter needed the car and she was able to get it taken care of, after I dropped it off. I was contacted by managers from Redlands, Las Vegas and the District Manager. They all made sure that I was happy with the work.

I was so happy with gerber, my contact Jose would call me daily even though it took weeks to fix because the amount of damage but they did everything perfect and also threw in some extra work because they wanted satisfaction and I could not thank them enough for everything.
