My car was done within a day when they said it would take 4 days. I had to get a rental for 4 days and pay extra. This seems like it was to get more labor costs out of the insurance. I believe more parts were thrown into the repair to supply the shop. I found a brand new extra part left in the car and still have it in my trunk that was not needed in the repair but ordered. When driving from the shop my window was making a wind noise and it does not go fully up. It does not respond to me pressing the button all the time as well. I called them the next day and they said bring it in to see what they could do. I was also concerned that I had a couple new bumper songs as well. I have been reluctant to bring the car back because of my schedule but mostly I don’t want anymore damage to the vehicle and I just want my window to work correctly. Just don’t get into a collision would be my suggestion. The insurance and shop scenario is never good for the person involved.
