Wasted several hours of vacation to go to shop 3 times and someone from shop threw away the American flag magnet off the back of my car which had no work done to the back of my car. Plus if I didnt have a good insurance persoj, Gerber would have given my car back with paint issues.

Gerber Redlands lucked out when they hired Christian to join the team! He’s by far the friendliest and most informative member on the team! Honestly when we first brought the car in we were a little on edge from the frustrations of being in a hit and run, however Christian came over with a smile and cracked some jokes completely changing the outcome of our day! We even talked about our families and honestly felt like we’ve known him our whole life! By far the greatest customer service we’ve experienced in a long time!
