After receiving my car back from auto body repair my car was idling a little off. I called about the issue and Gabby said bring it back in and someone would check it out. It was immediately brought back to Rafael Osorio the Estimator had his team check out the problem. It was determined and fixed with such promptness. I am very happy with Gerber. This is my first time coming to this establishment. I will definitely be referring anyone who needs work on their vehicle from here forward. Thank you Gabby for being so welcoming as I walked in.

I recently had my car repaired after an accident, and I had a really great experience. Rafael was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. He kept me updated regularly and took the time to clearly explain everything, which made the whole situation a lot less stressful. It’s not always easy dealing with car repairs after an accident, but having someone who genuinely cares and communicates well makes a huge difference. I’m very grateful for the service I received and would definitely recommend Rafael to anyone needing repairs.
