work completed was fine. two comments on 7 vs 10. the front desk service and communication coil have been better. it was more as though they were doing us a favor than listening to concerns and questions.

Jerry was extremely nice and helpful through the whole process. When I stopped in to get a quote he came out and looked at my car in less than 10 minutes time. The front desk girl was also very friendly and helpful. The shop gave me a ride to work and picked me back up when my car was ready. This was SO helpful! Thank you Gerber!!
