My dash lights came on as soon as I started my car and had to be reset. My dash cam was taken down and not replaced. When I called to inquire as to where my dash cam was, I was not contacted until a full 24 hours later. The day after I picked up my car, I opened the trunk and the trunk was full of items (junk to me) leftover from the workers. Customer service is severely lacking if I am not important enough to get back to for 24 hours or to leave "junk" in my trunk. I'm unsure if I am ever in need of Gerber's services again in the future if I will return. (Also, I do not appreciate being chastised for my decisions regarding my vehicle. I will say no more on that subject. Employees should not chastise their customers under any circumstances ever. If an employee has an opinion, best to keep it to themselves.) Signed, Roberta

Painted quarter panel twice and can’t match color. Car was dirty and overspray on existing paint. Pulled tape and plastic off underneath and washed car myself

The workmanship is great but we found the customer service aspect very disappointing. The receptionist was very rude on multiple occasions. The technicians claimed they were too busy to do a walk through at the time of pickup. The car was not tidied up properly- there was paperwork in the car that belongs to Gerber but if we had not insisted that someone walk us through, we would have probably driven home with that paperwork. If I ever need repair services Gerber will not be my first choice due to lack of customer service attitude.
