Apart from the part on backorder (no control over that) and the windows issue (the remainder of the car was clean), the experience was great and I would not hesitate to recommend this location.

The work is not complete since one part of molding for the car is on backorder. However, they were able to release the car to me and I'll go back to have the final bit of repairs completed. To this point, highly satisfied.

As discussed when I picked up the car, the headlamp cover should have been replaced or at least UV coated for protection. I also have pictures of the semi cloudy areas where they buffed out the scrapes. The car was not washed🙁 so it’s hard to tell if there are bits of compounding polish on the hood. I will be sure and take it to a touch free location when I wash it. The people at the shop were very friendly and efficient.

It was overall great. My only complaint: when the car was first dropped off, the office person told me it was going to be totaled by the insurance company. That caused us some considerable, and unnecessary stress. It was not totaled, so it would have been better if she had not said anything about that.
