My vehicle's brake light spoiler fell off shortly after I drove off the parking lot of Gerber and they refused to fix it

I was told on two occasions the vehicle would be ready and on my way down, receive a phone call stating it wasn't ready after all. They also "lost" my front license plate so I had to get a new one at the DOL. Which they stated they would provide me a $50 Visa gift card and they didn't even have that ready for me like they said they would when I picked up the vehicle.
