Better communication with insurance. I had to pay $1900 out of pocket because my claim information was not update, which I called and told gerber of my new claim number under the other parties insurance. When I arrived to get my car the payment was still under my claim number and I didn't have the second estimate paperwork with me to be able to get my car without paying the entire bill. Now I have to wait and try to get money from insurance. I feel I should be able to rely on insurance and the repair shop to figure this out as I was not at fault for the accident. I also provided the proper information prior to getting my car an that was not properly dealt with.

All team members were prompt, super helpful, and friendly. The team finished my repairs in less time than was estimated and called me several hours ahead of schedule to let me know when I could pick up my car. The team also did a really great job of cleaning my car, both inside and out, and I felt a sense of pride in the work they do for their customers. I was really pleased with my repair at Gerber! Jimmy La was awesome! He kept me informed on the status of my car and stopped what he was doing to go look for my debit card that I thought I may have left in the car (I didn't). My car was finished within 2 days and looks as good as new. I have already scheduled my Lexus for its repair work. Very happy with gerber.
