The chinese guy Did not made me feel welcome at all Did not even offer coffee while im waiting Very rude Thats the only negative i see when i was there He did not made me feel good at the 1st time experience in The gerber workplace But who im i to say anything No one cares right "

Tamara Bowe was great.Thedriver side panel paint is not 7matching the car and now once again need to bring the car out to Gerber. Frustrating that this while ordeal has been absolutely horribly miserably and I am looking atchanging insurance companies and .it using enterprise with the keyed cars and poor service all of this has bee VeryBad!!!! I pretty much thinkthat I will not deal again with USAA,Enterprise, Gerber Collision :( .
