Cora and Sandy were friendly and efficient, taking the time to explain the procedure to me so I knew what to expect. The process was efficient with the estimate being sent directly to my insurance company within an hour of the inspection of my vehicle. Cora called Enterprise to pick me up and let them know when I dropped the rental car off at Gerber so Enterprise could come and pick it up, very convenient for me. Cora knew the direct phone number to my insurance company and readily called them to communicate. I am very happy that the work was completed in 2 days and I was given text message updates where they were in the process. They have a convenient arrangement with a neighboring business for alignments with no wait time. I especially appreciate Sandy going above and beyond taking a few extra minutes to touch up an unrelated spot on the car car for me at no extra charge. Aftercare instructions were given to me. All in all I found the experience pleasant and quick.
