I wrote an email this morning to Sandy, Cora, Rentonwa, and gerbercare. We were blown away by Sandy and Cora's kindness. They helped turn our van repair around in record time, because they knew it was our lifeline (it's our wheelchair van for our daughter who is 100% dependent on us for her care). Thank you. I hope Sandy gets employee of the year or some kind of recognition. She is special.

Sandy went out of her way to make sure my vehicle got the quickest possible turnaround. She saw that our van was our lifeline - it's a wheelchair van. Without it, we can't get our daughter, who is 100% dependent on our care, to her medical appointments or day program.

Appreciated the text updates. A 9 only because I wasn't always able to get right through to the office -- the call would transfer to the national. The office ladies, however, were pleasant to deal with whenever I got through. Gave me the info I needed and answered my questions clearly.
