Communication goes a long way in salvaging a poor experience and lack of communication definitely impacted my views of the service I received.

Repairs were done through insurance and while there was not much body work that needed to be done, my concern is the manner in which the additional repairs wasn't handled. Never any follow up on status requests; my concerns were supposedly noted during the initial estimate but never addressed. When following up to have the vehicle looked at again, no calls; unavailable; no interest WHATSOEVER in facilitating repairs after the body work portion had been completed. If my repair work hadn't been taken care of through insurance, I would absolutely NEVER bring my car in here for repairs.

again, no follow up on status requests...customer service answers the phone as if it's a giant inconvenience to have to answer inquiries about your order. The constant line i was given was that "our estimator is out and so we'll have to follow up"...well the estimator overlooked and left out very important aspects of the repair that ultimately never got addressed.

Car fixed and looks great, took less time than estimated, the procedure and estimated cost was explained, Gerber arranged for Enterprise to pick me up and bring me to the rental car location. Gerber communicated directly with my insurance company and knew how to get ahold of someone right away. They also communicated with me to let me know what stage the work was in, when they estimated it would be ready for pick up and texted me updated estimated pick up time information
