I loved the communication they had and were always open to answering questions if I had any. Anytime I had to call someone always answered and if I had to leave a message, someone always got back to me. That type of customer service is why I will keep coming back if need be.

They had my car there for more then a week in a half for a mirror then they got the wrong mirror so we had to wait another day it was to much to deal with I lost wages for my car being there so long

I’m from Oklahoma and while in California for the first time my car was vandalized. I was very upset and concerned as I needed my vehicle to return home the next week. When I dropped my vehicle off Gerber assisted me with acquiring a rental car and gave me the date the repairs would be completed. They went above and beyond and delivered my vehicle back to me in a timely fashion and cleaner than when I dropped it off. I really appreciate their hard work and commitment to the deadline they gave me in the beginning. The staff at Gerber were very kind and treated my vehicle and me with great respect. Thank you guys for ensuring I’m able to return home on time. 10/10 would recommend and use again.
