From the moment I got there, I was greeted with respect as they all knew I was involved in a traffic accident. . Gina welcomed me in the lobby and offered coffee and water as to help me to become more comfortable ....she was so sweet and accommodating! After a few minutes, I was introduced to Mike who helped me through understanding the damage and what it would take to repair my vehicle... At each milestone, I received a text from Gerber providing a summary and overall perspective on my vehicle repair... Once my vehicle was a complete, I ran through the repair details with Mike and was left satisfied with the overall repair process. Shout out to the Gerber Body Shop for the repair my vehicle !!! Super fast service by the technicians. My car needed the bumper replaced and I had my car back 3 days after dropping it off.

It is very noticeable that the office is relaxed when the receptionist started watching videos without an earbud. Also perhaps a little better communication. The day I picked up my car, I stood at the desk, she said she will be with me in a moment and then after a few minutes said that there was someone ahead of me. I don't mind waiting but she could have said to have a seat while she finishes up. Other than that she wasn't unpleasant to speak with.

The vehicle was repaired quickly, which l appreciated. However, the bumper didn't seem to be reinstalled the and as factory. It feels a bit loose. The bottom spoiler/lip also needed to be tightened. There seems to be a gap around the bumper and it's not flushed with the vehicle.
