Let me start off by saying that I have the prior experience with Gerber a couple years ago that did not go very well. Needless to say that my most recent visit with Gerber was outstanding I met with Jerome my service advisor he got my car back to me quicker than expected and all the work was done Top Notch all the seams lined up all the parts they installed new look great and also have great fit up. My Prius looks like brand new. Jerome did my estimate and he delt with the insurance company. I only had to fill out a little bit of paperwork in the beginning and jerome took care of the rest. He even completed the work a day early. Jerome not only meet my expectations he exceeded them. If my cars in the future need any kind of collision, bodywork or a paintjob you can bet that I will be going to Gerber auto and glass and that is because of Jerome. Sincerely Rey

I am thankful for my experience with Gerber. James was wonderful with keeping me informed about the repair process. My car looks great- it was such a horrible experience to be involved in a car accident, and my car looks brand new. The support through this process was positive which was very much appreciated. I would send people to Gerber for their car repair needs. Respectfully, I hope I don’t have this experience ever again, but if I do, I know where to go!

Amazing, professional and outstanding help with customer service and my needs, they kept in touch through the whole process of my car. I unfortunately forgot the name of the man who was helping me but I'm sure he'll speak up, very friendly and keeping me happy with the progress.
