Absolutely I love talking to people and hearing their life long stories as I mentioned earlier I’m a senior citizen and Zach was very informative and related to me with stories of his grandfather and him the short intimate stories bonds Zack and I together and makes it personal to me knowing a little something about his private life with his grandfather it makes me feel I like a trusted customer that he can share a private piece of his life with me and I feel secure and trusted that the work Gerber does for me is work that I can trust as it has been in the past as I have been a customer for over several decades.
