Manuel Cruz is the best! He is extremely nice, kept me informed every step of the way. Also the lady at the front desk ( sorry did not get her name ) explains the insurance process well. She is the right person for the job friendly, respectful and polite.

The guy who works there is really nice but the girl at the front desk was really unfriendly and unhelpful and really rude. Plus I got my car back and there was a parking stub from Pasadena stuck to the windshield, and in my navigation, an address in LA was put in as recent destinations. What the heck. Not too happy about any of that.
