Overall everything looks okay but they're couple things I don't think they are put together the right way for example there is this part I believe Tis the frame off the glass in the back door it is loose and I'm not sure what kind of quality my camera got replaced but I don't think it's the same quality as the original hopefully I don't find more details thank you for your concern I'll probably take it back this Thursday coming up

You don’t want me to rate you now, since I’m NOT yet satisfied with the work result. I picked up my car on Dec 23, but the replaced rear bumper had visible gaps of an ill fitting “new” bumper. Claim it’s a “genuine Lexus part.” If so, it should be seamless! Bc of holidays, said the brackets needed to order would arrive by Mon, Dec 28 and I would just come in and wait while they were attached. I called at 4:45 to ask on 12/28 and no brackets! Why didn’t Mike call me to inform me, rather than I having to call? So frustrated!
